This completed project involved changing the layout of the flat from a difficult to use studio flat into a one bedroom flat with a bespoke sleeping platform. This was achieved by opening up the existing mezzanine area to the rest of the room and re-lining it to maximise the space. The new stair not only improves the access but also provides additional built in storage and a strong feature within the room. The remainder of the flat was completely renovated with new kitchen and shower room fittings being added.
