The complete renovation and remodelling of a large part of a duplex flat in a grade C listed building.
This completed project involved formalising the sub-division of one very large a flat into two good sized flats while concentrating on improving the existing layout. This involved moving the kitchen to the centre of the plan, adjacent to the main living room and also opened up to a new snug living room or formal dining. This allows the other side of the main flat to become a bedroom wing with more privacy. New en-suites are added in the old cupboards and recesses to complete the new layout and maximise the usability of the flat.
