This completed project involved changing the use of a large un-modernised flat to become a new office for Personal Estate Agents UK. The standard tenement layout was modified with walls being removed and a new front door created to form a large open plan office and reception area, which doubles up as a gallery space. This layout allows the office to feel bright, welcoming and open without the usual issue of still feeling like a flat with offices in it. The remaining rooms became service/storage spaces and two private offices. The construction work and choices for finishes were organised by Cliff and Sharon Dunn of Personal Estate Agents UK.
