The complete renovation and remodelling of a large part of a duplex flat in a grade C listed building.

This completed project involved layout changes to provide a new flexible living, dining and kitchen arrangement relating to the garden of the property. This was achieved by the removal of internal and external walls to make a large open plan space which relates to a renovated external terrace on one side and a new study area and stair in the opened up hall to the other side. Walls were also moved to create an enlarged shared bathroom and a new 4th bedroom out of an under-used entrance area.
