A new build development of three large high specification houses.

This completed project involved the careful design of three new houses to maximise the use of a relatively tight site to provide generous family accommodation. The gables and pitched roofs replicate the adjacent farmhouse and the agricultural barns that were there before. A central entrance and stair area links the two main pavilions of each house to provide 5 bedrooms and 3 public rooms in total.
