Small masterplan,
Dumbartonshire
A feasibility study and master-planning
exercise near a local town centre
These proposals explored the possibilities for adding several small commercial buildings to link into an existing town centre as a new focal point and visitor attraction. These buildings would also be used to frame a new public space and signify new routes linking the other developments and the existing town centre. A large area of under-used parkland adjacent to the site would also be used to attract people in and through the site with new barbeque pods, play areas, walkways, shelters and pontoons.
