This completed project involved making a new 2 bedroom guest apartment in the existing coach house of the property. The space was stripped back completely, damp proofed and insulated then an open plan ground floor kitchen and living room laid out in the main space. The upper floor consist of 2 double bedrooms linked by a glass bridge to allow light down into the middle of the plan.
