The proposal involved the addition of a new extension and opening up the back of a traditional semi-detached house in Dunkeld.
This completed project involved making a new large living and dining-kitchen space to the rear of the house. This was achieved by removing part of the back wall of the house to link an enlarged kitchen to the new space. The new extensions are in keeping with the forms of the existing house with a steep pitched roof but large modern openings to maximise daylight and the relationship to the new terraces formed in the garden.
